The Heyford Park development in Upper Heyford has been nominated in the ‘Best Housing Development’ and ‘Best Housing Solution’ categories.
Whilst Ramon Seera, Technical Co-ordinator at Dorchester Living, has been shortlisted in the ‘Futures Award’ category. The category awards a person aged under 35 who shows leadership skills and is an inspiration to others. Ramon joined Dorchester Living on its graduate programme.
The awards place the best projects from across Oxfordshire against one-another in a series of categories that celebrate quality developments, architecture and individuals across the region. The winners will be announced on April 18.
At Heyford Park, Dorchester Living is providing much needed high-quality housing and a multitude of improvements to local infrastructure and community facilities, such as retail and leisure offerings, playing fields, Heyford Park Free School and commercial units.
